Best of luck in the bread-making, it is so much better when it’s homemade. Eating my grandmother’s homemade bread with fresh strawberry jam on the beach is one of my favorite childhood memories. Funny you mention horseradish — my neighbor accidentally found it in her yard this past fall, the previous homeowners were growing it. She thought it was weeds but used an app to identify it and it turned out there was a lot of horseradish growing.
