Thank you for sharing this story! As a mom raising three boys it is important for me to know about all this before they reach the (scary) teens. With how much focus there is on the competitive side of sports and body focus here in the US I am sadly not surprised to see the results of the study. I am hoping it will change for the better and spreading awareness is a good step in the right direction!
