Avoiding Alcohol — I’m sticking with my sober curious mindset, which means I choose not to drink for health and performance reasons. Still, I can mindfully consume alcohol when it’s something that I feel comfortable with that won’t derail my training plan…AKA I don’t feel like sitting on the bench because I have a wicked hangover.
