I agree! Selling fear is never good and there's so much of it in the food industry. Great story.

There are many ways to achieve health and several definitions of what health means. For some, it’s a vegan diet, and for others, it’s a diet void of refined sugar. I’m not against any tactic that works for you. I’m against selling fear and proposing there’s only one path to achieve a goal.
